Use Linseed (Flaxseed) Oil & Milled Linseed (Flaxseed) in your muesli. Sussex grown linseeds also known as flaxseed or flax. Naturally high in omega 3, high in fibre and a good source of magnesium. 

It also includes Protein, Iron, Zinc and Calcium. Also, high lignan content. 

Low GI, gluten-free, and 100% natural. Linseed Oil contains Omega 3 Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA or LNA) which is an essential fatty acid which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels, the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2g of ALA.
