We love an egg but some people can't hack them for personal or health reasons, so using Linseed to make an egg substitute is easy and a really healthy alternative if you can not eat eggs.
All you need is some milled or ground linseed (flax seed) meal, water and a bowl!
For 1 Egg
1 Tablespoon of fresh linseed (flax) meal
2 and a half Tablespoons of water
Stir it and let it sit for 5 minutes before adding to pancakes, muffins or cake mix's.
