Linseed as an Egg Substitute
We love an egg but some people can't hack them for personal or health reasons, so using linseed to make an egg substitute is easy and a really healthy alternative if you can not eat eggs.
All you need is some milled or ground linseed meal (ground flaxseed meal), water and a bowl!
For 1 Egg: Take 1 tablespoon of fresh linseed meal (flaxseed meal) and 2 1/2 tablespoons of water. Stir it and let it sit for 5 minutes before adding to pancakes, muffins or cake mix's.
