    Our home grown golden linseeds are called Harlequin because of a quirk of nature. Golden seeds were planted and when harvested some turned out light brown, when ground it is clear that they really are golden as the flour comes out golden. We planted them again to see what happened still nature gave us our beautiful Harlequin seeds so we decided to carry on with them and of course they make you happy just looking at them.

    Our customers buy these as an aid for digestion or for use in baking. They are also lovely to sprinkle on salads, but to get the full nutritional benefits grind the seeds up before eating!
